Ahh, the booterang quest! I remember this one fondly! : ) I’ve had a few people say I should really do a comic about it, and well, they were right! ^_^

So, the other day I was in an instance and there was a Blood Elf Paladin named Rettbull, which of course reminded me of Grab the Light by the Horns! I asked him if he was changing to a tauren when it was available, and he just smiled! I wanted to ask if he had saw the comic, but I figured it was a little attention whoreing. :P

Speaking of the Ret Bull comic, some of you may remember that it won the Blizzard Comic Contest for January! Now I’m super honored, and I’m very grateful for the traffic its brought the site, but…I gotta say, I’m disappointed…I never got my prizes : ( The prizes for the comic contest are “three volumes of Blizzard Entertainment manga, and will be considered by TOKYOPOP for contributions to upcoming volumes of both Warcraft: Legends and StarCraft: Frontline.” I don’t know about the considerations for TOKYOPOP, but I at least expected to get my comics by now. After I had won in January, I received an email from a blizzard employee saying that he would forward my information to the prizing department (which had my correct address in it), but that was the last I had heard from them. I religiously checked my mailbox, but nothing came. I even sent an email to the employee who said he would forward my info on, but he never replied to me, and I don’t really know what else to do. Its a shame really, I mean I’m not going to lose sleep about not getting my prizes, but I’m a little disappointed. I did want to read the mangas though (and then give them to Vas!)

Anyway, one week until the Calgary Comic Expo, and I think I’m as organized as I can be for an event I’ve never been to before. But I still have lots to wrap up in the meantime, so I’m off for now! Enjoy the weekend everyone!
