Hey, mounts are my passion in WoW, and yeah, I actually DO hate it when Vas can fly faster then me. Not only does Crusader Aura not hit me like 50% of the time, but I was in China during the whole introduction of 310 mounts for raiding. Man don’t even get me started on that. It was only very recently that I even got the rusted protodrake, meanwhile Vas had the plagued forEVER. I yelled at him every time he tried to mount that thing when I only had the 280s.
Anyway, this is actually parodying a scene from Top Gun. I know I’ve seen that movie, but probably when it actually first came out, so I don’t remember this scene, but apparently Vas does. He says its a good movie and everyone should go watch it right now!
He he, reminds me of vanilla with my guildies on their 100% speed mounts racing across Silithus to AQ and me on my plodding 60% mount. I only finally scratched enough funds for my 100% mount about a month before 2.0 and that was after about three months of farming. Of coarse raiding did not help!
